Rules of Participation
  1. All resumes and/or candidates sourced at the job fair are the exclusive property of the participating companies, the newspaper partner and Expo Experts, LLC.
  2. Participating employers must be seeking to hire employees or contractors for their own firms.
  3. No solicitation is permitted during posted event hours.
  4. Booths are allocated at the discretion of Expo Experts, LLC.
Cancellation Policy
Since the newspaper partners own these events, and the ad campaign is far more extensive than traditional job fairs, cancellations will be not be accepted after the ad campaign has begun. Failure to attend the event or provide the required notice commits the exhibitor to full payment.

Authorization
We fully understand that this booking agreement shall become a binding contract upon receipt by Expo Experts, LLC.  We have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth herein.
